Overview

YPV Music Studios ("we", "us") operates yourpurevoice.com and the student portal on this site. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. The short version: we collect only what we need to teach you and bill you, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID. We use these to create and identify your student account.
• Student records. Your lesson ledger, invoices, payment history, and the custom rate we've agreed with you.
• Contact form submissions. The name, email, and message you send us.

How we use your information

• To provide your lessons and maintain your student portal.
• To bill for lessons and process payments through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
• To send transactional email (payment reminders, receipts, and studio announcements). Every announcement email comes from us directly; you can reply to opt out.

Third-party services

We use Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), and SendGrid (email delivery). Each processes data under its own privacy policy, and only the minimum necessary data is shared.

Data retention & your rights

You may request a copy of your data, corrections to it, or its deletion at any time by emailing info@yourpurevoice.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We keep billing records as long as required by tax law, then delete them.
